The new 6-cylinder Hispano Suiza was presented at the Motor Show in 1933. Despite some shortcomings which were noticed by specialists and mainly focussed on the appearance of the car, the K6 had excellent qualities: such as excellent handling, powerful brakes, good performance and, above all, incomparable strength. This latter quality was the reason for the commercial success of the K6, allowing more than 1,000 vehicles were built between 1934 and 1939.
