Place order - Roadmap
To order by Portecenter.nl you beforehand not to make an account. You can place an order.

Step 1
Click on the desired article "Add to Cart".

Step 2
Click on "Continue Shopping" if you want to order more items or check the details of your cart. In the shopping cart you can modify and / or delete articles numbers. Click after these adjustments "Update shopping cart". Then fill your possible discount code, select your preferred shipping method and choose where applicable, the gift package you want, and then click on "Complete order".

Step 3a
First part of this step is to enter enter your contact details. Do you have delivered the order somewhere else, you give it to the bottom of this step by checking the option "send to a different address."

Step 3b
Have you selected in the previous step, no shipping method yet, you now have the opportunity to show it here. For orders under € 25, - we ask for a contribution towards the postage of € 3.95. For orders of € 25, - or more the shipping is free within the Netherlands (for a delivery address in Belgium or Germany, the minimum wage at € 50, -).

Step 3c
Choose the desired payment method. You pay via PayPal, Mr. Cash, Sofort Banking or prepayment we do not charge for this. Do you pay with PayPal or Afterpay we ask for a small contribution of € 1.95 per order. At PayPal, you must still enter the name of your bank. You will immediately see whether or not a fault has been reported to your bank. If that is the case then you choose a different payment method.

Step 3d
In the final part of this step, re-check your order. Is this agreement and all your data correctly and completely filled out, you put a tick in "Through the 'Buy' button to place an order and pay duty and I agree with the terms and conditions" and then click the button "BUY ".

Step 4
Depending on the payment method you selected will now be forwarded to make the payment. We were successful then you will return to our shop and you will see a summary of the purchase made by you to us and thus completed your order.


Placing order - other important information

Order with obligation to pay
As of June 2014, we must make it clear that you as a consumer you confirm the order (buy) order instead of a payment. What does this mean and what you notice as a customer of Centerport it?

This means for you that you should be clear that confirming the order (by clicking in step 3d in our ordering process the BUY button) you have placed an order, that you must pay. If you pay immediately after delivery (via PayPal, Mr.Cash, Sofort banking, Paypal or Afterpay) you will notice nothing. If you order via the payment option payment and approaching the mandatory payment period of 14 days, you will receive a payment reminder after 10 days.

Cancel Order
It is of course possible to make a mistake when placing an order or you change your mind later anyway. It is possible to cancel (have) the order. An email to our customer service will do. To cancel an order, you need to specify a reason and is free of charge. If you have already transferred the money we will return it immediately upon receipt.

If you want to cancel an order after you have received a shipping notification from us, then we will ask the article back to us. The cost of returning a canceled order will be for your own account.
